About Brian
Biography
Brian Kelley grew up in Fairfax, Virginia. He has an MFA in Painting from Indiana University and a BA in Studio Art from the College of William and Mary. His studio practice focuses on painting, drawing, and printmaking. He has exhibited at Bowery Gallery, Blue Mountain Gallery, First Street Gallery, Linda Matney Gallery, DCAC Gallery, Pyramid Atlantic, Maryland Hall, Muscarelle Museum of Art, among other places. He serves as the Chair of the Alexandria Commission for the Arts and Secretary of the Board of the Washington Studio School and is on faculty at the Washington Studio School, Anne Arundel Community College, and Prince George's Community College. He lives with his wife in Alexandria, Virginia.
